Dr. Theodore Flint Gray is a board-certified medical oncologist with over two decades of experience providing comprehensive cancer care. He received his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in 1987. Over the course of his 21-year oncology career, Dr. Gray has developed deep expertise across all areas of cancer treatment and has built lasting relationships with patients and their families throughout their cancer journeys. 

Before joining the practice, he served patients at Seby B. Jones Regional Cancer Center in Watauga County, where he established himself as a trusted and skilled oncologist.

Originally from Kingsport, Tennessee, Dr. Gray has strong roots in the region and understands the values and needs of the communities he serves. He is married with two daughters and maintains an active lifestyle outside of his medical practice. In his leisure time, he enjoys running, bicycling, skiing, and golf, pursuits that reflect his commitment to health and wellness both personally and professionally.

Dr. Gray maintains active privileges at both Catawba Valley Medical Center and Frye Regional Medical Center, ensuring his patients have access to comprehensive hospital-based care and the latest treatment technologies when needed. His combination of extensive experience, clinical excellence, and dedication to his patients makes him a valued addition to the oncology community.
