What is your role at OSC? Patient Care Representative. I am at the front desk at our 7th Street office. I check patients in, answer the phone, discuss co-pays and help patients with their office visits. I am always on alert to help any other team member in the office with our coordination of care.

Where have you lived? I was born in Brandon FL, then we moved to Columbus OH, back to FL, back to OH, and to upstate NY where I went to culinary school. My favorite cooking craft is an Asian style dish, pork belly. I now call Charlotte my home

What is your path working in healthcare? Or why did you choose to work in Oncology? My mom and sister are RN’s here at the practice. I do have a passion for healthcare! It runs in the family.

What can you share about OSC that would be helpful to a new patient?
We are going to be beside you step-by-step. Together as a care team we’re here to support you

What are your hobbies and interests? I love to cook, of course, being a trained a culinary arts professional. Also Listening to music and reading are my interests. Then there’s my love of being called “Aunty”. I have 7 nieces and 3 nephews. All live out-of-area, except my sister’s daughter, 23-month-old Remi whom I adore and spend time with!

What movie have you watched over and over? The Notebook and a newer Disney movie, Encanto

If you could go to lunch with someone famous, who would that be? If he were to come back to life, it’d be Bob Marley! He’s on my lock screen on my phone

Request An AppointmentNew patient appointments require a physician to send a referral request on your behalf. The referring physician can be a specialist you saw who identified an oncology-related condition or your primary care physician
  • New patient: you have a medical condition that is or could be cancerous or a blood disorder
  • Transfer care: you are moving into the area and need an oncologist/hematologist, or you are currently under the care of a local oncologist/hematologist and would like to transfer care to one of our physicians
  • 2nd Opinion: you have been diagnosed with cancer or a blood disorder and would like to get a second opinion on the prognosis and treatment course
  • Former patient: if you have not been to the office in 3 years or more, you will need to get a referral sent in by a physician to re-establish care

Send the referral form to your physician to refer and ask them to send with the following items:
