Advanced and experienced hematology and cancer care.

Given the recent changes in healthcare with increased levels of care and monitoring provided in the home, OSC understands the vital role of caregivers to the entire healthcare team as a part of best practices. We realize that caregivers are our eyes and ears when the patient is at home, so we include caregivers in chemo teaches and MD appointments. Patients are also encouraged to bring someone with them to their chemo infusions so that those involved in their care at home can hear the same things, ask questions, and feel supported along with the patient. Our providers and nurses are here to provide support not only to patients, but to their families, friends, and caregivers to ensure excellent outcomes.

Our office strictly adheres to all patient privacy through HIPAA guidelines: The Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) is a federal program that requires that all medical records and other individually identifiable health information used or disclosed by us in any form, whether electronically, on paper, or orally, are kept properly confidential. This Act gives you, the Patient, significant rights to understand and control how your health information is used. HIPAA provides penalties for covered entities that misuse personal health information.
