Advance Directives

Advance Directives allows you to document your wishes for medical care in the event that you are unable to clearly make these hard decisions as deemed by a physician evaluation.  Two common legal documents are a “Living Will” and a “Durable Power of Attorney” or healthcare proxy.  Both your wishes and who you appoint to handle your health decisions if and when that time arises can be crafted online using the populated entry fields in each document.
